seems l ike the guy got it for like 40+keys and resold for decent profit

its being resold for 80 by the person that paid the rotation (willing to bet he had a lower bo on the rotation too). I think both hats will be high here.

Rotation is likely too high because its a taunt-raise. I'd use the dogger here and use this to give that rotation a range
