Heck even now, he relisted it to make it look like it's a young listing. I'd say that using this as an unsold is fine.

Since duped sales are higher than clean sales(or in this case, a clean listing), they should be fine to use.
This will need to be resuggested using the 43 key sale as the high end. Resuggest at 42-43.
