Suggestion: Haunted Ghosts Big Country at 20 keys

Excluding the 16 key sale for numerous reasons. First of all, there is currently a buyer at 15 keys as can be seen in the screenshot above. Secondly, the Big Country was duped. Normally that doesn’t matter on hats below 30 keys going by the guideline is but the key word is ‘’guineline’’. It could still have mattered in this case and when a duped version sells quite far below the clean one (clean one sale even got B/O capped) and it’s close to buyers, it’s definitely worth considering to exclude it. Which is what I’ve chosen to do in this case. Going with 20 keys.

Although there's several reasons to exclude 16 here; it not taking too long to sell(only took 4 days, r+ubi first obtained it on march 11th, it sold on march 15th: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198002757046#!/compare/1520640000/1520726400 ), it being an older sale, it being closer to quickbuyers, I don't really buy your duped reasoning. It's very vague and ambiguous, and people could misunderstand it and try to "apply" it to cases where it clearly isn't right to exclude duped sales. Moreso on this specific case, as i'm confident r+ubi would've listed and sold this for 16 keys regardless if it was duped or clean.

The fact that this only took 4 days to sell further validates my point, if duped value were to matter for unusuals this low tier, it would've taken way longer than 4 days to sell.

This suggestion is still fine as we can classify this sale as an old sale that's close to quickbuyers, but your reasoning should NOT be used in other suggestions for the reasons I stated above.
