http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29675838 - first sale had a B/O of 17 keys for less than a day. Though it was also up before at 21 keys (and apparently he'd take 17 too, though a ranged B/O makes no sense).
Other sale also sold somewhat quick, within half a week.
I'm not opposed to having 17 in the range, though I think it might be a better idea to leave it open for a bit to see if more sales occur at ~17 keys to see if this needs a range. Not to mention it's also close to buyers at 16+
