Just a note on the terminology. The seller you're using isn't a buyout cap - that'd be if the seller in a sale had a buyout lower than the sale's value.

It's still for sale at 52. With the data points as we have them here, I would leave this outdated. If it can't sell for 3 months below current, then the hat should not get a raise in my eyes.
