It should be taken into consideration that the Vivid Plasma Antarctic eyewear has sellers at 38-40 keys respectively ( on avarage i will calculate that as 39). This would mean that 55 ( the price of the vivid plasma effect ) * x = 39 ( the price for which the vivid plasma is sold. The variable X would equal 0.71. If we apply the same variable to the green confeti gat we would get 30( the Green confeti effect price) * 0.71 ( the variable) we get the answer of 21 keys on avarage. So as to have a little diversity in price i think the price should be placed around 19-23 Keys. I am unable to offer any more proof as to why it should be priced at 21 since, as of now, there are only 7 of these hats in existance.
