You mention wedding ring like it's a bad thing.
Your father walked away at five—hell of a dad thing.
God damn, Pusha-T.

Sellers & Buyers

Sellers:
x1 at 60.5 keys, 3 days
x1 at 61 keys, young
x1 at 70 keys, 10 days
x1 at 76 keys, 5 months
Buyers:
x3 above 50 keys
Conclusion:
Buyers counter the sale at 50 keys, which was a weird off-market sale anyway. Sellers support a drop, including the trade for 50 keys who'd been selling for 70 keys for basically forever. Using the 60.5 key seller for the low end (rounding it to 61 keys) and the sale at 64 keys for the high end.
Additional/Supportive and Counter Evidence is always appreciated.
