36 keys is probably best left excluded. The sale goes outdated in less than 2 weeks and may be high. I’m not opposed to including 35 keys, however. The sale was more recent and with a 33-35 key range, the 2 sellers would work as a middleground for the range. Also worth noting that 1 listing is young and duped. 35 keys also being supported by the sale at 36 keys that we’re excluding. Going with 33-35 keys.
