I have a few issues with this suggestion:

• Firstly, the Unusual taunt is nearly a year outdated. Which means you need a mini for that.
• Second, the Secret Spellbound Tartan's price, while still technically in-date at least for the next couple of days, is probably high, meaning you'll also might need a mini on that. There's currently a seller for the high-end price (105 keys) on the Classifieds that's been unsuccessful for two months now.
• Third, I doubt the Sniper Rifle is worth a key. This is just a nitpick on my part, since it's just one key and shouldn't matter much.

Sold for a Magnetic Hat Protector Captain Spacemann (open suggestion at ~117) + Orbiting Planets Brainiac Hairpiece. Mini on the Brainiac doesn't seem necessary as it would probably cap at your B/O.
