What more proof do you need it went in and out of his inventory.

Proof of the effect of the virus doctor in that screenshot is misty skull, like i just asked? If all the proof needed was that it went in and out of his inventory based on an item history this site wouldn't be able to display anything accurately.

He has shown the compare link already.

And by doing that we'd have to count 90 keys manually, which would be extremely tedious and a lot more difficult than just asking for a screenshot.

The person who bought it set their bp to private and they definitely didnt seem like they wanted to re-sell, this is pretty open and shut. Do you need anything more?
