32 is low and nearly countered by buyers. Neither 34 nor 44 keys seem like outliers here and both are supported by other sales. Wide range seems fine here. Going with 34-44 keys.

Sale 3 also quicksold and the BO of sale 11 was really young. In general, it seems like your low sales all went really fast.

I feel like the range here is slightly too low. I see no reason why 47 would be an outlier - the rationale behind that is fairly equal to (if not weaker) a case that could be made to exclude lower sales here, especially now that the sellers used there sold too. The higher regions of your range have gained significant support.

Evidently there are too many low sales here to ignore them all, but the range here will need a nudge upwards.
