Stormy Storm Crown of the Old Kingdom

Sale 1: 70 keys pure; only sale in the last 3 months.

Has been sitting on mannco-bot for over a month so the sale doesn't strike me as a quicksell. Might be low but doesn't seem like it can resell for more. Better to suggest this before the sale expires in a fee weeks.

Buyer at 67. No classified sellers (only mannco-bot seller) https://i.imgur.com/a0FxZdo.png

dunno about this, danny sold it to mannco.trade for 78ish keys if i remember correctly

If you have evidence of that, then this could be 70-78

      [edit]

Actually, seeing how it was instantly sold to that mannco bot after 70 happened, I think 70 as a whole could be excluded if that mannco purchase can be proven.

I found no proof of the sale. Hence, I suggested flat 70.

Can ask and see if i can get it, however the sales in march, nearing 4 mths old

It's too old to be included then.

The same can be said about the used sale, lol. The sale is more recent than the one you're using, so by that logic it should remain unupdated.

The sale I used was in-date when I made the suggestion.

Hence why I wrote in the suggestion: "Has been sitting on mannco-bot for over a month so the sale doesn't strike me as a quicksell. Might be low but doesn't seem like it can resell for more. Better to suggest this before the sale expires in a fee weeks."

... as was the sale you're claiming to be too old to use now?

If I were to suggest it today then both sales are outdated. I suggested it over a month ago. At that time (both sales) were in-date. No proof has been supplied at that time that he sold it for 78 keys. Therefore, at that time, I used the only traceable in-date sale that I found to update the hat.

If however proof can be supplied that the sale thereafter was 78 keys, then it should most definitely not be 70 flat.

Why? Wouldn't it be too late now if I were to resuggest? If proof had been provided when the sale was in-date then I would agree.

If you feel it's too late to resuggest now, then it remains unupdated, which honestly, given the situation, I'm not against.

It's not my rules that it would be too late. It's bp.tf rules which says to only use sales up to 3 months. I made no mistake with this suggestion so it should be accepted. I used the only traceable sale. What else do you expect a suggester to do?

Alternative is to make a b/o drop to 97 keys. That's what Mannco.Trade is trying to sell it for.

Either way, leaving it unupdated is not really an option because current price is simply too high.

It's very common practice to fix suggestions that were okay at the time with new, later provided evidence; that really can't be news to you.

You're now saying that it's better to accept a wrong suggestion than to fix it if the sales went overdue while the suggestion was up.

Could you link me an example? I don't recall a suggestion getting accepted that included outdated sales at the time it was submitted (sales might go outdated while being waited to get reviewed as occurred here). So if backpack.tf rules allow to use over 3 months old sales in this cases then sure I don't mind resuggesting 70 to 78. Just the first time I explicitly hear a moderator saying that this is allowed.

https://imgur.com/a/MbnMgAS for now, this is all the proof i could find. I loaned danny 30 keys, he gave me some of the profit. First compare link shows 46 keys and some ref that come from mannco.trade, 2nd shows him giving me 36 keys, histories also match from mannco.trade to me as danny didn't register in the history. From this, this means the sale would be 46+36+21 ref aka 82.5ish keys/ 83 keys

So was it 83 keys or 78 as you wrote a month ago?

It was 83, i guess i messed up as the sale happened in march and when i wrote it it was around june? Guess i remembered wrong

                  Ok, thanks

Resuggesting at 83 as advised by Foamy
