Sell prices are 30.33 refined, while buy prices are 30.22 refined at backpack.tf. Also, ScrapTF is selling/buying for roughly the same price.

You get negative rep cause your price suggestion doesn't meet the requirements.

The way prices are set in this site is pretty bad IMO, the market is something very dynamic, you can't vote a price of something it's the market that dictates it's price, prices should be automatically determined and constantly changed due to how the economy works.
