Tough call, but considering Tf2trader1's comment about a prev seller at $300 and the fact that I do not see that seller anymore, I assume the seller changed the price down and got it sold very quickly thereafter so gonna consider it a qs for now

Can't trace any of the new sales. Sellers have dropped even below this, so this is by no means too low. if anything, it's the opposite.
