25 Keys should not be included in the range as listings are not solds and therefore cannot be included into your pricing.
Well the way I see it, if it can't sell at 25 for over 3 months then logically speaking, it should be >25 so I'm hesitant to disregard either sales. I see where you are coming from but I feel as if the unsold can't be ignored and as you said exactly, they are not sales but prove that a value below its suggested price cannot sell for an extended period of time. Will wait a bit for someone else to put in some insight.

Can't trace the exact amount of keys here but high likely sold for 19 keys, 10 keys match.

15 seems low here, countered by buy orders. The sale at 30 keys is too high here looking at previous B/O's and compared to other sellers.
I'd go with 18-25 keys here.
