I dont think its the best idea to rely on a SCM sale here when there are other potential candidates to have been this sale, even though its not likely it's the other sale.
I'd use the dragonborn here instead and give the dragonborn a flat value.

Using the dragonborn sale here would make it 40 keys, which is also an outlier here.
Beaser said he sold it for aces harm + 70 keys with a b/o of 85 keys, so 85 flat might be best. He is gonna comment in a minute.
