I'm not 100% sure if this should be priced at 18 with these sales. Any help would be appreciated

Maybe a 15-18 range? I think it would be appropriate for now as the price varies a lot

the 13 key + 15 ref sale is too old at this point, 15.5, 14, and 18 are still in date so those are fine.
