I am not sure how backpack.tf is calculating marketplace.tf sales, but if it sold for $80, then the seller is only actually getting $72.

I don't know the price of keys at the time on mp.tf, but it was likely around $1.90 which is closer to ~38 keys

Additionally there's been a more recent marketplace.tf sale at $72.22 which is $65 to the seller. $65 divided by $1.90 per key is 34 keys.

I would check that marketplace sale you was talking about now and edit this comment. Thanks for reminding

however considering unsolds at this price and the fact that marketplace sales are mostly outliers on low tiers i will exclude them

I'm perfectly fine with the marketplace.tf sales, however, if a moderator or administrator could state the policy of mp.tf sales, then it'd help. mp.tf takes 10% of the sale, so that's why I calculated it based on how much the seller would receive. If mp.tf sales are based on the whole price, then I could perfectly understand resuggesting with a range.

Also the one I linked about a week ago in the scrap.tf bot for ~39 keys has also been purchased; it's likely the current one for sales on mp.tf

Thank you for linking the guidelines. Saying I'm incorrect is a little rude considering I was asking for clarification on how bp.tf handles sales of unusuals on mp.tf, but that's besides the point.

The only sale used here is a sale to a scrap bot and scrap resold it in a week. Only using scrap's purchase is not the way to go here

I don't want to use marketplace.tf sales here with scrap.tf sales
