Patience is the key. I've been sitting on this from dicember but the wait did worth it.

Sold for morning industrial (51)+DBD napper (34) + 5 keys pure= 90

I don't think mini is needed on the napper as would probably be capped at my 80 keys B/O.

Pretty sure this is the only clean sale in a while and new owner is not going to sell it anytime soon.
