All of the buy orders for this item as if July 3rd are for 5 ref and all of the sell orders fall between 4.33 and 4 ref. This is based off of the current Classifieds as of July 3rd. On scrap.tf they only sell for 4.88 ref.
While it does need a drop, you'll need proof of sales/purchases at the prices suggested.
