Since buyers are really close to the 51 sale, I'd exclude that.
Taking 75 flat then!

Buyers at 44 arent that close to 51
This is the only sale on the Hermes within the last 2 months. Might as well wait a bit and update the Hermes later using this sale. 50-75 is a bit of a wide range as well and compared to the full pure sale at 75 keys it would actually be somewhat close to buyers.

Eh, the dude that paid 75 resold it in the "low outlier" sale. That's typically an indication that neither sale is a good indication of it's actual value. As such, I wouldnt update this right now until it resells
If I were to update the Hermes using the sale from here it would end up higher as well, 111 to be exact. It definitely would support the 75 key sale.
I would like to stay with 75 since it was a full pure sale and I don't like leaving this un-updated since god knows when this resells.
What I can do is exclude the sale from the suggestion entirely and only use for the Hermes, then update that.
I'm not following your logic. The hermes IS your 51 sale; it doesnt support 75 at all
To explain it: Hermes sale can't be used anymore since that is outdated. I'll use the sale over there to update the Hermes using this suggestion. Since this brings us to 75 + 30 it'll go to 105 (not 111, that was a typo of mine). As for supporting the sale, typo caused me to think it does.
But that means you say it supports 75 because you'd use this to make the hermes 105 and that that'd make the sale hermes -30 = 75 to make it support? That's flawed :P If you'd use this for the hermes, it still doesnt support 75
Aside from that, it makes no sense to use it for the hermes; the hermes was easily in-date when the trade was made.

All mods agree that that would make the hermes way too high and as Foamy mentioned the Hermes was indate at the time of the sale.
