He lowered his BO further. This does indeed need to wait for an actual sale before it can be updated.

Why? The b/o was for over a month at 730. It's clear that a b/o drop to that should work, despite him lowering it now. Isn't that how b/o drops work? This has been up for over 2 months.

What? no. This update indicates that 730 is its current common trading point, and it is really obvious it isnt. 730 is clearly still too high.
