My issues here

1 of the Sales for 11 went to a know quickbuyer and move again a day or so after, close to buyers as well. Its low here if ya ask me. The other for Sale #6 doesnt show 11 keys, shows 10 and no Heavy Duty Rag.

Both of the sales for 12 have issues too, Sale 1 sold for 13 not 12. Sale 5 doesnt show the rag.

Sale 7 doesnt show 13 keys or the rag, so thats just flat wrong.

Sale 8 doesnt show a Hermes.

So basically everything in this sugg has something missing or is flat wrong. This needs a full overhaul. Closing.
