Summary
Well, generally sales we have:
~25, 28 (qs), 33 (qs), 34 (qs),38 (qs), 41,~45, ~52, 56 (x2), 78, ~80, ~2001. I can instantly exclude two lowest sales, they're too close to buyer at 25
2. 33 and 34 keys sales also looks low here (they're 1 day quicksales tho)
3. Taking the amount of higher sales, I'd take wider range, but sellers don't go higer than 40 keys and they're unsolds up to 7 days
4. The only thing I need to do here is to exclude every sale over 41 (full pure, non-quicksellish sale) and adjust the price to sellers
5. Sellers at 35 and 36 are too young to include any of sales said in 2.

The seller at 35 sold, and given that you didn't back up the histories we'll have no idea what it sold for.
The amount of sellers at less than the suggested price could suggest the need a wider range with a lower end. Let's wait 3 days, and see what happens with these sellers.
I suggest getting a proper mini for the Neckwear done within these 3 days, as it seems like the most viable sale for a high end on this hat. Otherwise, this will likely end up being left up for upwards to a month.
Will make a mini on Neckwear soon. Generally longer unsolds are at 37 and 39, so somewhere close to 38. Plus 38 keys sale sold in one day tho, it looks like a good material to use as a low here.
If it really is low though, there wouldn't be so many people willing to sell this for less than 36.

There's just wayyyyyy too many sales at less than the current range for this high price to be justified, and the now sold sellers are proof of that. I would take Soaring Gem's sale at 33 Keys and use that as a low end here to give this a range of 33-41.
