Suggesting flat 35. Sale at 21 is a bit bulkish. It can't be used on the tree because it would be too high there (countered by unsolds). 20 is countered buy a lot of buyers. Thanks to Randy for his help on determining the price.

    With these immensely scattered sales, I believe this is best left unupdated.


    You have 3 sales around 20 (8 is wrong for sure; thats a bot buyer so that sold for buyer values, beyond reasonable doubt) and one at 47 on a lower BO. As such, the only sale used here is - by all indications - an outlier.

      Two months ago Randy said the sale is fine to use. Not sure why it would suddenly be an outlier. The other sales are simply too low. 35 is the only useable sale.
