    may I ask a question

Sure, if it's suggestion related then ask here, if not feel free to add me on Steam

how is outlier defined on bp.tf?

You'd check a load of things.

        - Other sales

        - Current sellers/buyers

        - Other effects

        - Past seller's buyouts

Etc. In this case 100 is ruled high because Mp.tf has a 10% fee which the sellers like the buyer to pay which makes them normally a little too high and all the other sales "Use there" sales support a value around 60 - 70 Keys

"In this case 100 is ruled high because Mp.tf has a 10% fee which the sellers like the buyer to pay which makes them normally a little too high" about your this words, I don't know if this is a suggestion rule or just an opinion from yourself. and from M.place we got 3 sale at $190, $80(more like a buyorder deal or a QS), $195 in 7 month.

btw your Sale 6, I'm little bit curious about why a trading bot willing pay 64 pure keys for it, cause this is not in line with convention.

anyways thanks for your answer : )

Now that the Vivid Woodsman has an accepted price suggestion with the stovepipe not being either end of the range, I would highly prefer if that sale was used here: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5b72a3c6cf6c7560b4729a1b

I also see no reason to exclude 64 despite being a bot purchase. A key difference when the buyer was only able to flip for a key higher?

          Resuggest at 64-73.
