Okay. I'm just going to be blunt about this since you seem to have made a lot of these kind of suggestions.
In order to justify having 0.11 in the range for something as common as an UNIQUE WEAPON, you're going to need really heavy backing to support your price. There must be a high supply of buyers at 0.11, AND it should be extremely easy to sell for that. It should not be luck-based whether or not you can sell one for 0.11. Scrap banking sites should also have low supply; they should not be readily obtainable for 0.05 at any given time. AND there must also be a heavy amount of sales. As an example(please don't take this as an example for a weapon suggestion), 50 individual sales at 0.11 within 24 hours.
If your suggestion cannot meet this criteria, it will be closed. As all of your suggestions are going to be closed right now.
This is a craft weapon, one of the most common items in tf2. Very few bot.tf sales in the past month do not represent the "market" for this. Yes all craft weapons are able to get 0.11 ref with time and patience and luck, but BY FAR the most common trading point is 0.05. Wheter its just weapons swapping, scrapbanking, in-game crafting or if they are used as a currency in trades.
There are currently like triple the amount available at 0.05 ref on scrap.tf then there are sales for this item in the past month: https://i.imgur.com/spuILW3.png
The amount of craftable weapons that can sell regulary for 1 scrap is really really low, the rocket jumper is usually one of them.
Tl;dr: Bot.tf sales are not a good representation of the market on craftweapons, thus I'm closing this (and some others probably too).
