Estimating the common trading point at 90-95t here (70 seems to be the outlier here; at current the dapper would be the high counterpart), that sale'd be 103 here.

New sellers have popped up at 120, and 160 has been unsold for 6 months now. I feel the high end is going to be high here.

Since it seems the drill is going to be reworked, I think it's best to wait for the outcome there and then see what the best option here is.

So 105-140 keys seems like the new best range.
