HG Milkman is 1 year outdated and has a bunch of unsolds at 22-25. The Elf has unsolds at 8.5 and below. This sale should fit in range anyways.

So there are sales at 19, 24, 30, ~30 (HG Milkman sale using unsolds alone), ~36 (marketplace sale). I would go with 24-30 here, leaving out one sale on both ends. Other sales for unpriced stuff will fit in range.
