Seems like the person who bought it for $90 is reselling for $85. According to the cache it's been at that amount for atleast 3+ weeks. Given how the it's not a large difference I wouldn't exclude the sale and leave this unpriced, but I'd make a range at the very least.

85 / 1.98 (current price) = 43 keys.

I'd go with 43-46 keys.
