Taking 160k
Final Price: 160k
Question:
If the baron was priced at 70-105 before, how is 80 considered a quicksell? Just a little bit confused.
Spellbound.
Can you elaborate?
the guy sold it the same day he got it, it sold to fast to be full price
It’s now the most expensive effect
Sales are too discrepant, if anything 160 keys could be the outlier here, the sale for the gatsby further supports this. Without any more sales to support this both suggestions are going to have to be closed.
