Come to the conclusion this is under-priced, considering the dead president's Detective Noir goes for 18 keys, additionally I have evidence of some trades which show the following:

You need sales about the unusuals. tho. How much they sold for.

Respectively unusuals of this type don't sell for pure keys very often, so going off mixed offers where at least some pure is involved is as accurate as I can get this price suggestion - additionally that's why I've priced it under the 15-17 key range due to this circumstance.
