This probably indicates my initial guess on the cowl - I think the cowl suggestion's going to be too high. It was a (currently hidden) listing at 16, up for 4 months. Can't tell exactly how active it has been, but it makes the range there look high.

It does not matter here since it's not used here (which eliminates the issue since that means it wont award points in either case).

On the note of SCM sales here - this is a good example of how some sales can't be used. I can't really find your value anywhere on either of the 2 dates (sale 12), and your 9 sale has 6 sales spread over 2 days, grouped together and thus averaged. That too does not matter here since it wasn't used, so all in all, this suggestion itself will be fine.
