Even though the effect isn't good, due to it also having spells increasing its value, on the market a Haunted Ghosts tsarboosh with the spell "Putrescent pigmentation" is listed for €111.00 Making it worth 55.5 keys, however due to it's effect I do not believe this price is fair as to why I took off 10 keys, but also due to the spell adding value I'm not exactly sure as to what a "fair" price may be for this item.

You need actual sales, not listings, if I listed an item for 2k$ on SCM, it would not mean nothing. Also spells, paints, killstreakers ETC, does not affect suggestion, if I'm right.
