Sales 1 and 2 are the same one, and I doubt the Norman was traded for the Knife. IDs don't match:

If I had to guess, the Norman was quicksold for keys and then the keys were traded for the Knife, which had the name tag removed right after.

Yeah, the Knife was likely bought for 21. Still no evidence that the Norman was traded for the Knife, as IDs don't match.

So would you suggest 21 - 23, or just 23 considering the Buyer at 20?

Well, I guess 21-23 should work. The sale at 20 is being ignored already.
