I rarely price low-tiers and thought that .5 rounds up on hats like these?

Fair, under 10 keys you round to the nearest .5 keys, and 20 ref would be around .6ish keys, so that rounds to 9.5, and honestly 9.5 feels low given buyers not long ago paid more
