So sales seem to be 32, 36, 36, 39. Little bit unsure on sale 5. Think I should do 32 to 39 or do we go with current range?

tbh with buyers so close to the low end and not being 100% sure on 39 I wouldnt have a problem with cutting off both of those sales and rolling with 36 flat. Also sale 4 that you mentioned is sale 2, so there's only 1 sale at 36. But still I think 36 flat would be fine.
