so, i am not sure if this is qs or not, he had no outpost trade, uy orders start from 84 though, it might be close? http://prntscr.com/kgvuqu he owned the hat for 1 month https://backpack.tf/item/1900628894 i dont know...
Seems like a quicksell to me
When I found that sale in July my guess was it was a quicksell so I didn't make a suggestion on this
I paid 110 for this hat in quicksell.
Could you provide a screenshot of the trade if it was 110?
Also - based on what do you consider it a QS?

I got also offered 180 and 200 in unusuals multiple times
Could you provide screenshots of those offers? Declined trade offer screenshots for example.

(I can't show the effects in the picture because I don't know how to do it, but you can see the name of the owners)
I repeat foamies second question, based on what do you consider this a QS?
Because I got offered around 170/200 in unusual sometimes. I paid 110 pure in quicksell
To be honest, the field practice offer is just an indication that that's overpriced.
What I hoped to hear here is something regarding the fact that the user was banned right before he sold this for full pure; which is not uncommon and in this case likely enough, but I was hoping on some form of confirmation (e.g met on trading server and was offered the hat for your pure or something like that; idk if that's what happened but you get the idea). Things like that can be clear indications that a sale is low.
The offers, while standalone not fully convincing, support the fact that the value here is on the low side, aside from the suggested value being incorrect. As such, this is best left unupdated for now.
Closing.
