However, I think you should update the Kiev's bp price or get someone like Ankle Jack or one of the other people who have bot.tf stats available since buy orders are almost 11 keys now with sellers nearing 15 keys. It could be that the scatter was more like 149 keys, and I'm not sure if it is only unusual hats that should be rounded to nearest 5 keys in the 100-200 range, or all unusuals.
All unusuals (hats or weapons) should be rounded according to the guidelines here:
That doesn't mean you have to, although it's recommended. In this case, the Chicken Kiev value used here is going to be fairly close to what it should be (sellers at ~12.2 and buyers at ~11.7), and it's a minor part of the deal, so accepting.
