Refreshing the price as it just sold for $219.99 USD (~117 keys) on marketplace ~5 days after the mini suggestion.

Fresh sale since the mini-suggestion: 110 keys

Sold for $219.99 on marketplace. Keys were $1.88 so the sale equals ~117 keys, however this is capped at my buyout which was for 110 keys.

I can't find a cache of my backpack listing, but here is my outpost listing (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29728619). The listing is 2 weeks old but I was asking for $259.99 until the 80 keys suggestion was opened around 5-6 days ago, so the $219.99 sale & 110 key buyout was completed in ~5-6 days.

Summary:

Taking a low end of the range based on the prior suggestion: 80 keys (unless the magistrate's mullet from my bulk purchase needs to be updated to price the RL in my purchase of it as a further mini suggestion for this)

Taking a high end of the range based on my capped buyout: 110 keys
