Summary:

Can’t trace the 13 bot.tf sales, and they were purchased by known quickbuyers (bots) so they should be excluded. (im new to this bot.tf sale stuff so if this is wrong let me know) 7.5 is countered by quickbuyers.

Well, all sales at 13 are untraceable so can't use them even though there are many. The listing at 14 is still there (plus there's another at ~13.76), so that will have to be included in range
