also relying on a 1 day old seller who has been offline since pretty much makes 0 sense anyways when there are cash buyers for more on steam and mp.tf sales for more. effort is required now. lazy suggestions like this don't fly anymore #2016_is_dead Even 2 years ago this wouldn't have been a valid suggestion as it isn't proved as unsold a week so there's really no excuse for this in ANY year. since we're talking about ignorance ...

I have made almost the same amount of suggestions you've ever made in this month alone. Don't say that I don't have a clue about what I'm doing.
In the forum post you linked, there's a nice line that says this:
Unsolds can be used to lower item values but not to raise them.
Nice to know that you haven't even read the page that you're trying to use against me. Here are some examples of where this has worked:
I suggest walking away from this argument. Reserve what's left of your dignity for your next pointless argument where you can use your pretentious claims supported by nothing less than false pretenses. Cheers.
i sincerely hope your laziness is rewarded appropriately
Stop being rude. Make your arguments without the sass
From now on, if you make a suggestion using just sellers/buyers and mods consider that you could have easily found sales, your suggestion may be closed without giving you time to close it yourself. This is to encourage people to check markets properly and make sure they have the most evidence possible before suggesting. If you absolutely cannot find anything, you can still suggest with sellers/buyers if the change is meaningful. I am not putting a #% on meaningful. It's context dependant and I'd like suggesters to start using some common sense and making arguments for their chosen ranges.

Who said that? I sure didn't, but you're responding to Tiny so the notification I got could just be extraneous.
For what it's worth, if an item is rarely sold and it's overpriced, we've always been able to lower it based on sellers; we can't pine back to the "olden days" here. I can get some four year old examples of seller lowerings if you'd like. Either way, the 17 ref seller is still selling four days in, and was last bumped 17 hours ago, so it's not like it's been forgotten about.
I said it but it doesn't particularly apply here since there's no easy to find sales. There's a couple oldish ones on bot.tf but it'd make for a wide range: https://i.imgur.com/Lb1hGAp.png
6 days on and there have been no additional sales. Note my comments below, though.
It went inactive cause he didn't bump, which doesnt exactly suggest the most active seller.
He's accepted my friend request. Guess we can wait and see.
There is now another 17 ref seller.
FWIW, the 17 ref listings is no longer there and one 18.88 is gone (but neither sold).
Also note that the 17 ref seller is still active. I'll add them and see if they're still selling (and if they are, then the suggestion is still valid as they'll probably bump it).
Looks like they're still inactive, not really sure about 17 here. https://bot.tf/stats/item?def=936&q=11&ef=&craft=1&aus=0&ks=0 seems like there are recent sales at 14, 14.22, and 19. Buyers up to 14.66 as well. Maybe a conservative 19 flat for now, and if a buyer gets one give this a lowend?
I believe a user sold one at 17 sometime in the last 10 days, but as I didn't screenshot it, I can't support my claim. I'll go with 19 as suggested.
Seller at 17 in classifieds, and if it sells, it'll be the only sale we've got of this item recently.
have u read the revisions, or are u ignorant of the changes https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/36705-rules-for-non-unusual-suggestions/
