These have been selling at over a key's worth on marketplace.tf. Not saying you should resuggest on the spot, but it's something to think about.

You're right, ever since July-ish, marketplace.tf sales have been at a key+. That doesn't explain this 4 day old seller on the classifieds here though: https://i.gyazo.com/6618ff926047364d4b9ea308c9b6ee61.mp4. While normally, I wouldn't be against using mp.tf sales if there are too many to be ignored (this is because pure item sales are king), the 4 day unsold shows it's best used supportively. The 100% approval rate stands behind my decision.
