Based on the info we had, that looked best to me.

With the offers provided - it seems like they're mostly incoming offers of incredibly hard-to-sell hats (beanie, plumb, phos crones), aside from a verbal pure offer of someone that has 0 pure. Sure, they support a raise (or well, some of them do), but by no means are they an indication that 370 should be treated as an outlier here.

I stand by my earlier comment regarding that other sale here, leaving one of two options here:

- Accept this as better than current with offers supporting a raise is warranted.

- Leave this outdated until it resells. Honestly leaning towards this now especially since the sales are well outdated now

If we’re ignoring buyouts in this case then why is 550 the outlier when there’s only 2 sales. I’ve gotten a bunch of offers above 370 including an offer of 375 pure when I didn’t even have it listed. Seems to me 375 would be more of an outlier here if anything.
