The only sale I could find on the HWNN is ~36 keys, which is significantly higher than the two sellers at 28 on it. May be better to use this sale to price the HWNN.

The rule for using scrap.tf sellers for B/O drops is that the hat has to be a month unsold in the bot. However, this is not a B/O drop, this is simply using a seller as a low-end, so this should be fine here. It would be dumb to not use it too, as the HWNN sellers in sale 3 are currently 28 keys, so if we were to use them alone, it would end up being 28 keys anyways.
