Let it banana

Merp was still clean when he made that trade - especially since the sale is clearly lower and it's the buyer from sale 1 that resold it there I'd prefer a range here

I mean if youre not comfortable using the sale your alternative here is leave unpriced.

Note that there's a difference between generally shady people and traders that have had positive reputation for years and then suddenly decided to go rogue

I mean I can't vouch for merps trading practices before he went rogue, but part of why he was able to get that much is cause people trusted him for a reason. So yeah I agree with foamy and would say in this case an exception should be made.

Part of the reason why teeny was saying that is cause people kept asking when someone was marked and linked an impersonator scammers account and shit. But yeah only 2 sales here so it's relevant.

The decision is up to you JoXu, either leave this unpriced, or resuggest with a range.

I personally am comfortable using sales from scammers who were not marked at the time. I have not really thought about the topic before. I ignored them for a long time due to someone doing so as well and telling me to ignore them too(I don't remember who told me, might have been multiple people not sure, happened years ago). Then I started to include them in suggestions due to other people doing so too.

Why exactly should sales like these be excluded(from the staff's perspective)?

One argument could be that those people are usually not turning into scammers overnight, and might have had shady trading tactics before already. Like they could have scammed before already and dumped their scammed items before they were banned, or purchased items with scammed keys etc.

As explained I would think we can make an exception here for merp.
