I purchased for 20 keys off of an auction

I consider this sale to be a low outlier.

Bubbling was priced at higher, and 20 keys isnt a huge amount above buyers.

The new owner isnt too much of a trader- he has owned it for 2 weeks now and hasnt listed it on backpack.tf or anything of the sort- he only sells specific items, as he clarified in his listing of the wraith wrap.

This is essentially my first suggetion. Please leave feedback in the comments.
