Feels wrong to reprice it like this but eh, whatever.
Blizzardy Storm Thirst Blood
Sale 1
https://marketplace.tf/items/30479;5;u30
http://manic.tf/keyprice/?at=2018-08-12
Sold for 45.98$ / 1.88$ = 24.46 keys, rounding down to 24 keys
Sale 2
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198084605748#!/compare/1533168000/1533427200

Now here me out real quick, I know this is a Tf2Mart sale but this one actually seems traceable.
The Thirst Blood got sold with ~ 8 keys in items (histories of Flip Flops, Quäckbirdt and Shades match) for the Flaming Lantern Trilby (29.5 keys)
The Trilby has a open sugg at 28-31 (~29.5 keys): https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5b41a255cf6c756c786514ad
With this in mind, this sale would be 29.5 - 8 keys = 21.5 keys, rounding to 22 keys
Sale 3
Sold with ~2 keys in items for a Stormy Storm Prancer's Pride and a Duped C9 Sack
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198060859860#!/compare/1533600000/1534032000
Seller's side traded too quickly off Mart to buyer so not tracked there
Unusuable unfortunately since the duped C9 Sack has no other usable sales to Mini it but could fall in the range when both are repriced.
Sales: 22 / 24
Gonna be a refresher in this case. For now I'll take this range until I get told otherwise if Mart sales are usable or not.
Buyers currently at 17 keys or close to 17 keys. No sellers.
For now 22-24 keys.
Yeeeah, without a screenshot or the IDs somehow magically matching, any and all tf2mart sales are unuseable. IDs don't match, and you don't have a screenshot, so you can't use the sale.
You're going to need to mini both the stormy prancer's and the c9 sack, and resuggest based on what happens with the two.
Closing based on the comment above.
