Traded this Burning Flames Lil' Bitey for my burning flames brother hood of arms. I paid my burning casemaker and 150 keys pure for the boa, and paid 400 keys for the casemaker. Although the boa is priced at 800+ keys I bought for 550 keys so yah :) Thanks Drizz 4 the trade.

400 for the casemaker - the casemaker and 150 keys for burning boa. Then the boa for the Lil Bitey
400+150 = 550.
Only sale because this is 1/1. Eh yeah burning boa has sold for many dif prices with one being 1000USD+ on market but here is my sale, all these trades happened within a month if im correct. :)

Im not an expert on that compare thing but I traded 150 keys for the boa along with casemaker :) Idk why it shows up with 50 or something?
backpack compares aren't always accurate, if items you just traded for are removed from your inventory before your backpack updates then those items won't show up
this sure is one hell of an ovepriced sale...congratz on a nice profit!

Bumping this question - it's going to be relevant here. As I see it here, the closest thing to a pure indication we have here is the buyout of 300 keys seen in the trade linked above, unless he changed his listing.
Without any answers to this question, this update won't be possible.
The proof is there above. Second ask the guy I bought it off. The bought it for 550 keys. Proof is there and you can ask the guy I bought it off.
Go to my inv and look at the different days. You will see the change....
he's saying the buyout of the guy with the bitey was 300 keys. therefore this sale would be capped at that.
No, at the time I bought it, it wasn’t for sale. That’s why I offered big, proof is all there. It’s a fair deal and it should be priced :P

Why would I spend 550 keys if I could of just got it for 300... I just a good old 1/1 trade. Fair, evidence is there. I said go to his bp and it says it was not for sale so we talked a bit and I gave him my boa.
The thing with these is that we aim to reflect common trading points in pure. This is really difficult when it concerns rarer hats that don't sell often. We can't expect everyone to sit on hats for years to wait for the right offer, which is why in cases of rare hats, we usually resort to buyouts to determine our pure values.
This actually reminded me of a similar case I've encountered from before I was a moderator, on a suggestion I made. In discussion with the main admin of the site back then we had reached the consensus that this'd be the best way to go.

Based on similarity, I would not be opposed to this sale being used, raising this to 300 based on the seller's buyout as was displayed the latest.
Im keeping this forever, the guy said offer big, he had it for sale at 300 like 2 months before i bought it. I offered big because he asked me to, there is no problem in that... Also it is an all class 1/1 burning flames hat, a great hat. But i aint selling this. Not for years atleast
I think one main difference here is that the bitey was not for sale for a couple weeks before the trade. In the suggestion you linked it was, here it was off market so we can't be certain that the seller would still settle for that.
For that reason and because the b/o was from march (and cause we dont have proof of it anymore, rip outpost) I would say I'm fine with accepting an uncapped raise.
HOWEVER the boa has been priced at 580 keys now using more than just 1 sale, so this should be resuggest at 580 keys flat.
