I've generally had concerns that this'd be too high, seeing how it evidently struggles to sell at (and even below) current. 2 of the sellers disappeared and I can't really find them anymore. I actually don't know if this should even be updated now; 9 days is on the young side, but 29-36 may be the best solution here, preserving the mean around the main unsold.
